Sagol – Sagol (also called Siagol) is one of the traditional foods in Sabah Bajau tribe. sagol is a word in the Bajau language which means mixed or mixture. These foods often cooked using beef Fish Buntal, Stingray or Sharks (generally fish have big hearts. Now, Shark fishing is prohibited as between species of fish that are threatened with extinction).
